All quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information supplied and are subject to confirmation once fabric, quantity, and customization details are finalized. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and vary by product and customization method.
We recommend approving a sample before full production begins. Sampling timelines are typically 7–10 business days but may vary depending on fabric availability and design complexity. Sample costs, if applicable, will be communicated before work begins.
Standard production timelines are approximately 3 weeks after sample approval, though this may vary for larger or highly customized orders. Delivery timelines depend on destination, shipping method, and customs processing, which are outside our direct control.
Payment terms are confirmed per order and typically require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipment. Specific terms will be included in your formal quote or invoice.
When you upload a logo, artwork, or design file, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your brand assets.
All orders go through multi-point quality control across cutting, stitching, bonding, and finishing. If you believe an order does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to charges for work already completed and materials already sourced.
To the extent permitted by law, Wekanda Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
