How long does sampling take?
Sampling typically takes 7–10 business days from design confirmation, depending on fabric availability and complexity of customization such as embossing, silicone transfers, or heat seal graphics.
What is your standard production timeline?
Once a sample is approved, standard production runs take around 3 weeks for most orders. Larger or highly customized orders may take longer — we'll confirm an exact timeline when we quote your order.
Can I send my own logo or design?
Yes. You can upload your logo or design file (PNG, JPG, JPEG or PDF, up to 5 MB) directly through our Custom Order form, and our team will confirm placement, sizing, and technique before production begins.

Every order goes through multi-point QC across cutting, stitching, bonding, and finishing stages, in line with our ISO-certified facility standards, to keep fit and finish consistent across the full production run.
Can I order a mix of sportswear and streetwear?
